CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC VEHICLE MODEL?
At Liveinmuine.com, you can book from a selection of four vehicle options to suit your preferences and budget:
- Economy 4-seater Hatchback (Toyota and Hyundai models, with sedans provided if hatchbacks are unavailable at the time)
- Comfort 7-seater SUV (Isuzu MuX, Toyota Fortuner, and others)
- Comfort 17-seater Minibus (Ford Transit and KIA)
- Premium 9-seater Limobus (Ford Transit)
Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific vehicle model for your trip. However, rest assured that all our vehicles are in excellent condition, and our drivers are highly skilled professionals.
CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Absolutely! When making your reservation, please inform us about the size of your dog, so we can provide a vehicle with ample space for both your furry friend and the passengers.
CAN LIVEINMUINE TRANSFER ACCOMMODATE MY WINDSURFING BOARD?
Yes, simply inform us when you make your reservation, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
CAN YOU TAKE ME TO THE AIRPORT AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY?
Our transfer service operates 24/7, and we are proud to accommodate every flight, regardless of the time of day.
DO THE DRIVERS SPEAK ENGLISH?
LiveInMuine drivers primarily speak Vietnamese, although they have a basic understanding of English. We believe that our drivers should concentrate on the road and not engage in conversation with customers while driving.
DO YOU ACCEPT DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS?
Yes, we accept payments for transfers and tours through debit/credit cards. Stripe, Inc. processes card payments and supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, China UnionPay, and debit cards. Loyal customers of Liveinmuine.com can book vehicles via email and pay cash directly to the driver upon arrival at their destination.
DO YOU PROVIDE BABY SEATS AND WHAT IS THE COST?
In Vietnam, baby seats are not mandatory by law; however, seat belts are required for all passengers. Despite this, Liveinmuine.com offers baby seats for an additional fee of $10 per way. These seats are suitable for children up to 3 years old and can be requested during the checkout process.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
To cancel your reservation, please contact our reservation staff directly at liveinmuine@gmail.com and inform them of the cancellation.
Transfers can be canceled without penalty if done at least one day before the transfer and before 7 PM (Indochina Time). After 7 PM, bookings for the next day are considered final, and cancellations will incur a 50% fee. For last-minute cancellations (less than 4 hours), we will charge a 100% cancellation fee.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVATION?
To modify your reservation, simply contact our reservation staff via email, and they will assist you with the changes. There are no additional charges for changes made at least one day before the transfer and before 7 PM (Indochina Time).
HOW DO I MAKE MY RESERVATION?
To secure your reservation, start by selecting the appropriate vehicle for transfer or tour from https://liveinmuine.com/private-transfers/ or https://liveinmuine.com/trips-tours/ and and add it to your shopping cart. Proceed to the checkout to complete your payment. After the payment, you will see a thank you page with the transfer and tour booking forms. Please fill out the relevant form, and that’s all!
Next, please wait for our confirmation email, which will include contact details, access to our 24/7 Emergency Hotline, and the exact pickup location where your driver will be ready to assist you.
In the case of cash payment after the trip: Once you’ve completed and submitted this form, kindly forward a copy of your flight ticket or hotel booking confirmation to liveinmuine@gmail.com, after which we will send you a confirmation. For those who are not regular customers and do not possess such proof, please opt for payments via debit/credit card. If proof is not provided, we will be unable to send a confirmation.
How to Make a Reservation: Step-by-Step Guide
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I RESERVE A VEHICLE?
Booking your reservation early ensures that a vehicle will be available for you. During peak seasons, national holidays, and weekends, we may be fully booked several days in advance, so it is advisable to reserve your vehicle as early as possible.
IS THE TRANSFER PRICE FIXED?
As per our policy, we offer fixed prices with no hidden charges. Our website displays prices in US Dollars, and you will pay the quoted price.
LUGGAGE & PASSENGER CAPACITY
- HATCHBACK / 4-seaters: Accommodates 3 passengers with check-in and hand luggage.
- SUV / 7-seaters: Accommodates 6 passengers with hand luggage or 4 passengers with check-in luggage. There are 2 folding rear seats, which can be used for either luggage or 2 passengers.
- MINIBUS / 17-seaters: Accommodates up to 14 passengers with hand luggage or up to 10 passengers with check-in luggage.
- LIMOUSINE MINIBUS / 9-seaters: Accommodates up to 7 passengers with check-in luggage.
WHAT IF I CANNOT LOCATE MY DRIVER?
There are three scenarios where your driver will be waiting for you:
At your hotel: The driver will meet you in the hotel lobby and will announce their arrival at the front desk.
At airports, train stations, and seaports: The driver will wait for you outside the terminal, holding a name card.
For private addresses or villas: The driver will wait in the car in front of the building. Before pick-up, we will send you a text message or email with the vehicle’s license plate number.
Please note that it is the passenger’s responsibility to locate the driver, not the other way around. Our confirmation includes all emergency contact numbers. Any failure on the passenger’s part to locate the vehicle or driver will result in a charge to the customer.
WHAT IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED OR I MISS MY FLIGHT?
If you miss your flight or experience a delay, please contact us immediately. We provide all emergency contact numbers in our confirmation and will make every effort to arrange a later pick-up time for you on the same day at no additional charge.
However, if your new arrival time is on the following day, you will be required to pay an extra $20 for the driver’s accommodation and meals while they wait for you.
WHAT IS THE CASH PAYMENTS 10% OFF PROMOTION?
Enjoy an exclusive 10% discount on all purchases when you choose cash payment at checkout. Simply select the cash payment option at checkout to automatically receive the 10% discount. Note: This discount does not apply to the visa service.
WHAT IS THE CURRENT TRAVEL TIME BETWEEN SAIGON AND MUI NE?
The travel time between Saigon and Mui Ne is approximately 2.5 hours.
WHAT IS THE PRICE FOR HIRING A DRIVER FOR THE WHOLE DAY?
Enjoy 12 hours of daily service and go wherever you want! Plan any tour, visit beaches, shops, and restaurants. The daily limit is 300 kilometers. The price of $100 USD is based on an SUV and not per passenger(s) for the entire day from 6 AM – 6 PM.
Additionally, each hour after 6 PM will incur an extra charge of $10 USD. All rental vehicles come with a full tank of fuel and should be refueled before returning. Pick-up and drop-off must occur in the same area or city. If your planned destination is in another city, extra money for fuel for the return trip is required.
Payment can be made in local currency or US dollars directly to the driver at the end of the rental day. The price INCLUDES a vehicle and a professional driver but EXCLUDES fuel, parking, and road fees. Delve more from this page: Private transfers

WILL ANYONE ELSE BE SHARING MY TRANSFER?
No, we exclusively offer private transfer services throughout Vietnam, and the vehicle is reserved solely for your party during your transfer.
Additionally, sharing a transfer with others is not recommended, as flight delays are common and can create unnecessary complications.
WILL I HAVE TO TIP THE DRIVER?
Tipping is not mandatory, as your fare is all-inclusive. However, if you are pleased with the service and would like to tip the driver, you are welcome to do so. Additionally, a positive review is also greatly appreciated and serves as an excellent reward for us.
