Great transfer. The driver was there on time. He was also very polite and courteous. The car is as clean and comfortable as possible. I recommend for co-operation.

Eriliselt tahame tänada seda autojuhti kes viis meid lennujaama. Väga tubli juht. Kuna linnas olid metsikud ummikud, viis ta meid kõrvaltänavaid pidi, kuid kahjuks tuli ka sinna mingil hetkel ummik mis ei liikunud pool tundi seistes üle meetri edasi. Lõpuks pöörasime kuidagi ümber ja läksime teist teed pid kus olid ka ummikud. Hakkas juba ärevaks asi minema, aga see lisaaeg kulus täpselt ära ja veidi enam kui kaks tundi enne väljumist olime chek in järjekorras. Palun tänage seda autojuhti veel kord eestlaste poolt. Jäime selle Vietnami reisiga väga rahule, meeldivalt soe, palju mereande söögiks, hinnad söögikohtades soodsad. Aitäh teile.

Plaanisime 9 inimesega aasta lõpus omal käel Vietnamis ringi rännata. Ei tahtnud reisi korraldamist ka juhuse hooleks jätta. Siis leidsime sellise mehe nagu Indrek Kulli, kes töötab kohalikus turismifirmas KY NGUYEN TRAVEL MEDIA COMPANY LIMITED (Vietravel.ee). Pika kirjavahetuse tulemusel sai paika meie reisiplaan, mis sisaldab kolme linna, MuiNe, HoiAn ja HoChiMin. Kohapeal saigi kinnitust tõdemus, et talvisel ajal DaNangist põhjapoole soojalembelisel inimesel minna ei tasu. Isegi HoiAnis on selline tüüpiline eestimaine suvi oma 19-23 soojakraadiga. Mere ääres ka päris tuuline. Samas Vietnami lõunaosas näitab kraadiklaas sooja 30 kraadi ringis. Ei saa muidugi jätta mainimata, et tänu Indrekule oli meie väikesel grupil päris kindel Vietnamis olla. Igati mugav kui pärast pikka lendu, tulles sombusest novembrist, ootas ees transfeer, mis viis meid 200 km, Mui Ne sooja mareranda. Kohapeal ringi sõites saime kasutada Vietravel.ee pisibusse, kusjuures igati mõistliku hinnaga ja samas oli teenus paindlik. Oli võimalik kiiresti marsruuti ja kellaaegu ümber sättida. Saime ka eelnevalt soovitusi, kuhu tasub minna, kuhu ei ole mõtet. Mainida tahaksime veel Indreku korrektsust kogu reisi vältel. Kõik kokkulepped toimisid ja küsimustele saime vastuse kiiresti. Nice Trip with your Driver...

The road from Dalat to Muine is not big road, with no street light, Z-turn, and lake and river on some side. The driver played his mobile phone over 10 times (checking whatapps, emails and returning calls). We asked him "TO BE CAREFUL", but he ignored us. He put us in such a terrible journey for 3 hours.

Simply perfect! From first contact, through payment everything ran fluently. Car arrived for both routes (back to back) at agreed time. Car was almost new, clean and comfortable. Driver been very attentive and friendly. Very recommendable. Many thanks!!

Your service is worth 10000 stars! Renting a car is very pricey in Vietnam considering local value and also compared to the locally available tours but it is definitely worth it. The only reason we went for private car was because we wanted to skip the fairy stream and fishing village and only go to the 2 sand dunes. But unfortunately, local tours had a fixed itinerary that includes everything. We also wanted to see the stars at sand dunes at night, so we really needed a private tour. Finding LIVEINMUINE was the best thing we did. The van itself was really new, clean and well-maintained, and the driver cleaned the car time to time while waiting for us. Car condition was perfect, driver was so so so kind (FYI we went for non-english speaking driver so we communicated with the interpretation app and google translator), and no additional fees that were not informed ahead. Very honest and excellent service! They even had the wifi-egg in their car, how thoughtful! (I guess because there is weak signal in the sand dune area)

Great service, excelllent car and great price. Out of all the private car services I’ve used in Vietnam this was by far the best one.

Arrived and paid driver. One point - he was constantly on his phone all through the trip, calling or receiving calls ever 5-10 minutes. Overtaking at 120 kph with only one hand on the wheel does not make for a stress free ride.... Even weaving through cars and bikes at 80 kph on the phone was not fun. Just thought you should have some feedback.

Today we took the car from HCMC to Mui Ne and have thoughts to share with you about our experience. Firstly, it was great to be collected at the airport, to have someone there and who patiently waited for us to get our bags was great. The car was air-conditioned and cool which was wonderful and the condition of the car was excellent. It was a relief to be picked up so efficiently. Our main issue was with the driver. We understand that he had little English (and that's ok!) but he never introduced himself to us - which is a basic courtesy - we had to ask when we're getting close to our destination and in general we felt a bit separated from the driver. The biggest issue was that he was on his phone again and again and again throughout the entire journey. At least 20 times he took calls and made calls (I've attached just two photos of these incidents as there were too many to count). They were short calls but he kept making them. This was frustrating for us because he was meant to be concentrating on the road and NOT his phone and frankly while he was weaving in and out of cars, we were worried because how can he concentrate on the two fully? We did not feel safe while he was on his phone. He also cleaned his ear with a cotton bud in front of us and picked at his teeth with a toothpick (it's just gross to be honest!). We were disappointed. But thankfully we arrived in Mui Ne safely. I think overall though we were happy with the service apart from driver - because of this, we would rate this service 3.5 stars.

Wir haben den Transport für die Strecke von Ho Chi Minh City nach Mui Ne und zurück genutzt. Die Abholung war immer pünktlich, es hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Wir würden den Transport wieder nutzen, wenn wir in der Gegend sind. Die 5 USD für den Highway lohnen sich allemal! Rechnet in Vietnam mit einer Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit von ca 50 km/h, da braucht man für 200km auch knappe 4h. Fahrer konnte kein Englisch, war aber nicht schlimm, da bereits vorher alles perfekt organisiert war - und „Pinkelpause“ hat er problemlos verstanden. 🙂

Easy booking, professional confirmation e-mail and fast responds over whatsapp. Good price compared to other agencies. We took their service to go from Nha Trang to Mui Né right after the nighttrain from Danang. The drive took about 3.5 hours. Taxi driver was there on time and the Toyota Fortuner was a perfect choice. The car was new and it had soft seats (more than welcome after the train night). Voor nederlanders: dit is gewoon echt prima en relatief goedkoop vergeleken met andere aanbieders. Kost wat meer dan de bus, maar zeker de moeite waard.
