Dalat is the capital of Lam Dong Province on a Langbiang plateau at an altitude of 1500 m above sea level. The Dalat is surrounded by nature, waterfalls, hillsides, lakes, and pine forests. Besides, Dalat is a medium-sized Vietnamese city that resembles the French Alps. City located 160 km from Phan Thiet (Mui Ne), 135 km from Nha Trang, and 300 km from Ho Chi Minh City. These distances making Dalat quite popular destination for both local and foreign tourists.

Moreover, the Dalat called “the city of a thousand pine trees“ and “City of Eternal Spring” because of its mild climate all year round with the temperatures 15 – 24 °C.  Dry season is from November to March, and the raining season from April to October. The raining season is the best time for visiting Dalat’s waterfalls, as they are in this period most massive.
